This Ramadan, break your fast at 21 on Rajah, a halal-certified restaurant located at the Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park.
It has a terrific array of Mediterranean and Asian fare, which will be available from May 1 to June 4 along with Iftar delicacies.
Helmed by the hotel’s Executive Chef Melvin Lim and delectably crafted by Chef de Cuisine Faustino Picardo Ines Jr and his team, this year’s Iftar buffet is themed “MediterrAsian Bazaar”.
Feast with friends and family on popular dishes such as the Moroccan Braised Lamb Shank, specially
marinated with Moroccan spices like Ras el hanout, Prime Beef Rib-Eye , which has Tunisian Rub Spice, Slow Cooked Baby Lamb, made to perfection with Moroccan yoghurt spice over low heat for three hours, and Chili Crab Style Crayfish.
The buka puasa with traditional Kurma (dates) is a must-have along with Bubur Lambuk (rice porridge).
The local Malay and Middle Eastern stations come with local delights and mezzes.
For heartier mains, go for the Lamb Moussaka, Beef Rendang, Lemon Harissa Chicken, Barramundi Shakshuka, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak (Sea Snail in Coconut Gravy) and Spanish Saffron Paella.
Complement these with items from the Bakso Beef Noodle station, Roti John and Kacang Phool station, Seafood on Ice and DIY Rojak stations.
Weekend dinner comes with an additional outdoor Barbecue Grill and Satay station which have favourites such as Garlic & Rosemary Australian Lamb T-Bone Chops, Fresh Tiger Prawns, Marinated Whole Squid, Chicken Satay and Otah Otah.
Complete the yummy experience with a combination of sweet and salty flavours from the Desserts selection with specialities such as Baklavas, Homemade Durian Mousse and Bubur Putih Bubur Merah.
There are also the Chocolate Fountain station, Assorted Flavoured Churros and Waffles station, DIY Soft Serve and Teh Tarik Station.
For a cosy celebration with loved ones, the Private Dining Room, which faces the lush gardens of Zhongshan Park, is ideal for up to 35 family and friends to gather. Prayer rooms will also be specially arranged during this period.
