Drawing inspiration from the vibrant Polynesian island culture, Ce La Vi SkyBar transforms into an island paradise, offering a selection of innovative elixirs and a specially curated menu coupled with infectious tropical tiki beats.
Soak in the beautiful sunset hues with a Pau-hana session from 4pm till closing where guests can enjoy special prices on selected premium bottles and tiki-inspired cocktails all night.
The distinct cocktails are made with the freshest exotic fruits and spices, paired with the finest rums and distilled spirits and prepared with creative modern techniques.
The tiki tipples are full of rich island flavours encompassing classic Polynesian culture and include Pandan Highball, Captain Maitai, Sparkling Ruby, Tropic Thunder, CLV Singapore Sling, Passion Mojo, Chi Chi 57 and Tanqueray Smash.
Complementing the mixology is a uniquely curated bar menu featuring innovative and classic favourites such as BBQ Duck Bao – Spiced Hoison Glaze with pickled chillies, coriander, crushed peanuts, Chicken Skewer With Spiced Peanut Sauce with Krupuk & calamansi, Spiced Beef Slider with Gochujang, caramelised onions and kimchee, Crushed Avocado Tacos with Spiced tomato salsa and Spicy Salmon Taco with Pickled jalapeno coulis and lime.
