Located at The Singapore Edition on Cuscaden Road, Fysh at Edition, by the multi-award-winning chef, restaurateur and author Josh Niland, has launched a one of a kind communal roast experience.
Priced from S$108++ per person and available every Sunday exclusively for lunch, the new Fysh roast menu features Niland’s boundary-pushing approach to seafood with a showcase of the ocean’s freshest catch, succulent roasts and fresh greens, including the Fysh Trolley, where each day’s cuts and desserts are brought to the table for guests to choose from.
Sundays are meant for indulgence, connections and shared culinary exploration, hence the Fysh roast menu is designed for sharing. Highlights from the menu include starters such as the Swordfish Empanadas with Roast Garlic Yoghurt or Charcoal Grilled Slipper Lobster with Vadouvan and Lime.
For the main courses, the Flowering Zucchini & Pecorino Pie with Grilled Peppers, Saffron and Basil are served for individual enjoyment, while guests can also choose from dishes for sharing; a beautifully charred Butterflied Aquna Murray Cod with a serving of barbecued greens, or a Selection of Dry-Aged Mooloolaba Yellowfin Tuna with a generous serving of sides including Rib-eye Steak, Merguez Sausage & Glazed Skirt Steak.
Diners can also look out for the Fysh Trolley, which is rolled out to showcase the day’s freshest cuts for their selection, before making a return at the end of the meal with Fysh’s eye-catching selection of desserts that include the Tarte Tropezienne and a decadent Chocolate & Murray Cod Fat Caramel Tart.
