Cube Hospitality Pte Ltd has launched CUBE Social@Boat Quay, its first social capsule hotel, enhancing its premium capsule accommodations brand.
Located in a restored heritage shophouse along the Singapore River, the new property offers affordable, high-quality stays while fostering a vibrant social environment.

Situated in Boat Quay, a historic trading hub, CUBE Social offers a unique blend of heritage and modern city living. By day, guests can explore the nearby Civic District, Raffles Landing Site and museums, while at night, they can enjoy the area’s bustling nightlife.
Expanding the CUBE Brand
Cube Hospitality, formed in 2023 and led by CEO Mohd K Rafin and Founder Sonia Anya Tay, has operated CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotels since 2016.
With existing locations in Chinatown and Kampong Glam, the group specialises in heritage shophouse accommodations, targeting travellers seeking immersive cultural experiences.
CUBE aims to expand into Southeast Asia, with potential locations in Bali, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Penang and Sydney.

CUBE Social@Boat Quay spans 72 capsules across three floors, offering a mix of queen-sized and single beds along with 13 private rooms (including a wheelchair-accessible unit).
