Fat Prince has unveiled a progressive new variety of dishes to complement its signature gourmet kebabs. Its newly curated selection of mezze, larger main plates and desserts, combining Middle Eastern flavours with local ingredients, gives diners authentic and familiar tastes in a trendy setting.
Embodying the vibrant vibe of Istanbul’s Karakoy through its beautiful interiors, Fat Prince has become one of Singapore’s most established and social dining destinations. The latest menu launche has come just in time for the festive season.
Dishes not to be missed include the spicy Aleppo Pepper Squid with lime, curry leaf and spiced mayo ($16) and the Soft Shelled Crab served with chickpea tempura, shaved fennel, pomelo and amba yogurt ($18).
Other must-try dishes are the Fried Cauliflower with Moroccan dressing, macadamia isot, raisins and herbs ($14), Pot Steamed Black Mussels in Turkish red pepper broth with house-baked bread ($22).
On the menu too are small-sized contemporary kebabs, including the new Charred Pork Belly, Smoked Potato Puree, Apple, Mint, Raisins ($9) and the Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Eggplant Whip, Pickled Cucumber, Zaatar Yogurt ($10).
To end the meal, indulge in an Allspice Cookie Sandwich with Pistachio Kaya Parfait ($10), a homage to the humble ice cream sandwich.
Fat Prince will be open during the festive season, except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
