The laid-back, nautical environment at Marina at Keppel Bay is Singapore’s latest go-to lunch destination for great value lunch dishes. Located just 10 minutes away from the CBD, Bayswater Kitchen has introduced a special set lunch menu which is an extension of its regular seafood-centric a la carte menu and celebrates fresh, seasonal produce.
Chef de Cuisine Jack Allibone will change the menu throughout the month to serve the best available produce. In line with the casual, happy vibe at Bayswater Kitchen, guests get to mix and match their hearty lunch by selecting from a range of appetisers, mains and desserts (two selections $28 and three selections $32).
Sample dishes include Mussels in Seafood Broth, New Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes; Grilled Red Snapper Fillet with Bean Cassoulet and Gremolata; as well as a Raspberry Surprise with Crushed Raspberries, Raspberry Sorbet and Almond Curd. To complete the gastronomic lunch experience, crisp wine ($10) and refreshing Pimm’s Lemonade ($9) can be ordered by the glass.
Guests can expect a relaxing holiday mood with warm hospitality, breezy outdoor seating overlooking the marina and a fun recreation room to finish off lunch with a ping pong or foosball match.
