Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia, an integral value provider of customer-centric solutions, has been awarded a $400,000 contract to implement Enterprise Content Management Solution for a government agency to improve operational efficiency.
The announcement comes as the government continues to boost Singapore’s efforts towards a more digitally integrated society. Earlier this year, Singapore was ranked first in the Asian Digital
Transformation Index, excelling in digital infrastructure and industry connectivity.
The robust solution enables the client to manage large volume of content securely and enables end users to search and retrieve documents and records easily across the agency’s digital repository. As part of the implementation, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia will migrate current content to the new solution as well as provide subsequent maintenance support and future enhancements.
“As a global company, Konica Minolta continues its effort to help customers transform their efforts towards digitalisation by adopting digital technology to boost productivity, make information more accessible as we move into a digital society”, said Jonathan Yeo, Director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia.
The Enterprise Content Management solution will be implemented according to regulatory guidelines and process governance.
