Prepare to be immersed in a fresh and flavourful Japanese-style affair, uplifted with premium ingredients from Singapore and India.
Executive Chef of MIZU, based in India, Lakhan Jethani, joins MOGA’s Head Chef, Leon Quek, to showcase their culinary artistry across the three-day epicurean pop-up at Pullman Singapore Hill Street from Thursday to Saturday, 22 – 24 August 2024, from 6pm to late.
MOGA x MIZU Izakaya: A Culinary Wave in Singapore’s Day One and Day Two menus present a unique selection of 12 sweet, savoury and spicy bites by both chefs, bolstered by MOGA’s new signature offerings.
Encapsulating the whole experience for Day One and Two are three delectable cocktails each night, utilising flavours from the region and spearheaded by MIZU’s Mixologist, Avantika Malik, and MOGA’s new Bar Manager, Gavin Teverasan. On Day Three, guests have the choice of ultimate indulgence with the grande finale menu, which showcases all menu items from the first two days.
Highlights to look forward to include the Great Wave of Kanagawa, served with Ghondoraj, truffle and yuzu, and Kelong XL Clams, sauteed to perfection with chilli bean paste, Saikyo Miso, chilli crisp and cilantro. At the bar, savour MIZU cocktails such as the punchy Kyuri, using Pistola Anejo, cucumber and sea salt, or sweeten your experience with a boozy take on a mango milkshake titled Mango Ice Cream Soda, made with clarified and carbonated Alphonso Mango milkshake, and house-made vanilla-infused Short Story Grain Vodka.
The MOGA x MIZU Izakaya x Izakaya pop-up presents a one-of-a-kind Japanese culinary infusion in the heart of Singapore. Reservations for the three-day experience can be made here.
