The Garcha Group is launching MYPOSHPAD on April 1, 2021, which will offer Singapore’s first all-inclusive luxury co-living boutique hotel experience.
Located in prime locations, the stunning luxury boutique hotel portfolio includes The Vagabond Club, Duxton Reserve, Maxwell Reserve and Serangoon House.
Each one is a masterpiece, withthe interiors designed by renowned French designer Jacques Garcia and British interior designer Anouska Hempel.
Reinventing Co-Living
The unique co-living club experience comes at competitive prices, starting from S$3,600++ a month with a minimum stay of 30 nights.
Members can expect 5-star facilities, including beautifully-curated rooms and suites, which feature a special mini bar. They will also get daily breakfast, laundry, housekeeping services, 24/7 concierge and a special pricing across the group’s 10 dining hot spots.
There will also be exclusive social events, creating an atmosphere of a home away from home. The range includes weekly talks and social hours with complimentary cocktails at Anouska’s Bar, access to private alcohol lockers at The Whiskey Library, movie sessions on Saturdays at The Vagabond Club, and transportation on the Group’s London Cab, called Sir Harold.

The Vagabond Club is a luxury boutique hotel situated in the heart of Singapore’s central heritage district. It is a stone’s throw from the hottest landmarks and sights along the heritage enclave of Kampong Glam.
Designed by Garcia, the hotel oozes sophistication, as it is adorned with red velvet banquettes, a unique collection of art and handcrafted furniture.

Duxton Reserve is another co-living option set in a row of colonial-era heritage shophouses in the heart of Chinatown. The property was restored under the gifted hands of Hempel.

The hotel is situated in an area which has several Michelin-starred restaurants and exceptional bars.
Maxwell Reserve and Serangoon House are set to open by the last quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 respectively.
Maxwell Reserve is a masterpiece designed by Garcia. It is located in buzzing Tanjong Pagar, which has a multitude of concept restaurants and bars.
Serangoon House is one of the finest examples of Indian colonial design and interior architecture. It is located in Singapore’s most vibrant district, Little India.
Members of MYPOSHPAD will get access to additional facilities, such as an outdoor rooftop swimming lap pool, a modern, fully-equipped spa and gym, catering for people with specific lifestyle needs, morning yoga sessions at Max’s Rooftop Bar and the Cook & Tras library with over 3,000 books.

Yellow Pot Little India
Chef Sebastian Goh has created Chinese with an innovative twist for both intimate gatherings and larger groups. Favourites include the signature BBQ Roast Duck, Fried Prawns with Bonito Aioli and the highly addictive Crispy Sichuan Chicken. These pair well with The Whiskey Library’s expertly-crafted drinks.

Yellow Pot Tanjong Pagar
The restaurant focuses on delivering traditional Chinese flavours with a modern twist. It features a striking palette of black, gold and yellow that designer Hempel has accorded to the rest of the hotel. The 50-seater is also cheekily embellished with yellow pots of various sizes and configurations.Yellow Pot follows a clean-eating philosophy – you won’t find MSG, additives or artificial flavourings in chef Sebastian Goh’s food. Roast duck is the mainstay. It is marinated for two days in a fermented beancurd paste and then roasted over hickory wood so the meat is aromatic and tender with a glistening layer of crispy skin.
Anouska’s Bar
An ode to Hempel, Anouska’s brings you her favourite drinks from around the world spanning the disco era of the 70s and 80s. You are in for an eccentric, elegant surprise when you enter the bar, which includes large golden fans and strong hues of black, gold and yellow, layered with Oriental screens and calligraphy wallpaper from Anouska’s personal collection. Bask in old-world charm while enjoying craft cocktails.
Shikar
The restaurant at Maxwell Reserve is a take on classic Indian slow cooking of meats infused with aromatic Indian spices and with a twist of Western sensibility.
Garcha’s Polo Bar
This gorgeous equestrian and polo themed lounge within the ornate and luxurious interior of the Maxwell Reserve offers over a 1,000 bottles of thoughtfully-curated rare and refined award-winning spirits from around the world. The space is adorned with pictures, albums and trophies from Mr Garcha’s polo team victories.
Cook & Tras Brasserie
It is an all-day vibrant brasserie serving artisanal coffees and beers, salads and pastas, sandwiches, burgers and shakes as well as cakes and croissants. It has a strong underlying emphasis on health. It uses only the finest organic ingredients and features a take-away cafe style service with a full-service seated option.
Max’s Rooftop Bar

The Pink Bar
A beautifully created lounge with a magnificent bar made of rare pink onyx featuring a melange of banquette seating, club chairs, cocktail tables and exquisite art.
