Following an exciting month of celebrations to mark Potato Head Singapore’s 10th anniversary, the iconic nightlife venue has announced a new happy hour offering and revamped music programming starting July 2024.
Firmly believing happy hour shouldn’t be confined to one single hour, Potato Head Singapore’s new GOOD TIMES daily drinks specials are now available Mondays through Fridays from 12 – 7 pm at The Dining Hall (L2) and from 5 – 7 pm at Studio 1939 (L3) and the Rooftop Bar (L4).
The offerings include classic cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz and Sangria starting at S$12, spirits starting at S$14, bottled beer at S$12, and Prosecco, white and red wine at S$12 per glass.
GOOD TIMES also features a selection of bites including favourites such as the Naughty Junior (S$12), loaded fries smothered with spiced bearnaise, hot beef chili, bawang goreng, Oro del Maso Formaggio, and sesame seeds, Miso Fries Junior (S$10), loaded fries drenched in miso béarnaise sauce, smoked chicken sausage, floss, chives, scallions, and pickled chili and Winner Winner Junior (S$9), crispy chicken bites, sesame seeds, scallions, and pickled chili with a choice of classic house BBQ or MOFO spicy sauce.
Vegetarian-friendly options include House Fries Junior (S$6), double cooked and seasoned with crushed herb kosher salt; Broc Party Junior (S$10), roasted broccoli with den miso mayo, Oro del Maso parmesan, calamari, toasted cashews, and chili; and Portobello (S$9), roasted mushrooms on toast, garlic and miso butter, gremolata, and truffle aioli.
For a midweek pick-me-up, on Wednesday nights, FLAVA will feature a mix of hip-hop and R&B, featuring the likes of Drem, Prav, YA5TH, and more. Bringing a brand new music offering to the Singapore scene, Potato Head has also kicked off a new Friday night series – CANNED HEAT – with music styles blending afro beats, baile funk, and dancehall by resident DJs will be LI.A and Dee. Saturdays will continue on as NIGHT MOVES, with house and disco spun by Kevin Sy, Jamie Hall, and more.
In addition to the resident DJs, special events are as follows:
*Saturday, 13 July – homegrown pop-up party series GrooveTop will be taking over Studio 1939 and the Rooftop Bar for their 6th Anniversary, featuring an all-star DJ lineup of Aurora, James Selva, KFC, Ollie’Des, Raaj, and more.
*Sunday, 21 July – Potato Head’s much-loved Sundown Circle party makes its grand return to the rooftop bar, inviting revellers from the previous night’s Boiler Room party to keep the party going from sundown with DJs Dune45 and Ily Bag.
*Friday, 26 July – guest DJ Damien Mirza from SaturdaySelects (Kuala Lumpur) will be joining for a special edition of CANNED HEAT.
